3 December 2026 · International Day of Persons with Disabilities

A celebration of life.

A festival. A community. A movement. The Intentional Inclusion Celebration is a free, family friendly festival where every life is celebrated, every talent is valued, and everyone belongs.

Countdown to the celebration

3 December 2026, from 2:00 PM

More than one afternoon

TIIC is the beginning of a community dedicated to celebrating life, promoting inclusion and creating meaningful opportunities across the UAE. We expect around eight hundred guests to share the afternoon together.

The day is for People of Determination, neurodivergent people, the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, people with visual impairments, people with Down syndrome and developmental conditions, older adults, older adults living with memory conditions, cancer survivors, people living with chronic illness, people living with mental health challenges, people in recovery, caregivers, educators, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and every family in the UAE. If you are reading this, you are invited.

How this began

What began as an idea to showcase the talent of a young autistic artist soon became something much bigger. Through meeting families, caregivers and advocates across the UAE, one thing kept coming up: a shared need for connection, visibility and celebration. TIIC was born from that journey, and 3 December is only the beginning: a community that will keep growing through workshops, wellness experiences and gatherings long after the festival ends.
